Some of the most common questions we get at MyCanvas revolve around shipping. Timing is often crucial, especially if you’re planning on giving or receiving a MyCanvas product as a gift! At MyCanvas, we’re doing whatever it takes to get your books, posters, and calendars to you on time. Read on for specific answers to all your questions about shipping!

Where Can I Ship MyCanvas Products?

Anywhere! We ship internationally as well as within the United States. If you’re looking to ship a product outside the U.S., please allow some extra shipping time. International orders will take an extra 8-12 days to arrive.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

If you’re looking to get your MyCanvas product printed and delivered by a certain date, especially as the holidays approach, remember to take these timelines into account!

Once you place your order, we usually receive it within one business day and begin production. We require 5 business days to produce your MyCanvas product. This includes printing and binding time (for photo books).

For orders within the United States, regular delivery takes 5-7 business days. If you choose to have expedited shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for your product to arrive. Please note that expedited shipping will not expedite the production time, only the shipping time.

Remember, orders shipping outside the U.S. will take an extra 8-12 days! That leaves a maximum of 17 business days.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The shipping prices are determined by the weight of your order and the delivery destination. To determine the cost of shipping for an order:

  1. Place the item(s) in the shopping cart.
  2. Enter the zip code and the quantity of items in your order.
  3. Click on Update at the bottom of the page, next to Check-out.
  4. If you’re not ready to order, you can remove the item(s) from your cart.

How Can I Track My Package?

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email telling you that it has shipped. If your shipment is within the United States and the address is not a PO Box, your email will include a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at www.ups.com.
